Lake Tahoe Vacation Rental: South Lake Tahoe 4 Bedroom Cancellation & No Show Policy

Reservations Policy: A valid credit card is required to guarantee your reservation. Keys and check in information will not be released until a signed rental agreement and security deposit is received by the property owner/manager. Guests failing to submit these items are still responsible for all rental amounts and fees. Online booking for check in dates within 5 days of today's date is not available. All inquiries for reservations within 5 days of arrival must be done via phone. It is required to have the hot tub water changed with every guest’s arrival. If you do not wish to use the Hot Tub during your stay it will be locked and you will not be charged. Fee to access spa is $25, payable to owner/manager.

Payment Policy: Accepting VISA, Mastercard, Discover & AMEX. 50% of the total rent amount is required at time of booking to secure your reservation. The balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. If your reservation is within 30 days of arrival date, the entire rental amount is due.

Cancellation & Refunds: All cancellations must be made before 30 days prior to arrival. Any amounts paid toward your booking will not be returned if cancellation is within 30 days of arrival unless the house can be rebooked. In the event of any cancellations, guest(s) are required to pay Vacation-Renter Inc. a $50 cancellation fee in addition to any fees required by the property owner or manager.

Security Deposit/Damage Charges & Theft: $300 Security deposit, payable directly to owner/property manager is required prior to check in. The Security Deposit is required and refundable. Your deposit will be held until the home is inspected for any damage or stolen items. Your deposit will not be returned to you if there is evidence of smoking or pets in the home. Properties are subject to inventory prior to arrival and after guest departure. Guests will be responsible for any broken or missing items detected after guest departure. If the house requires heavy cleaning, your security deposit will be used to cover charges over the standard cleaning fee. You will be notified and those charges will be itemized and charged from your security deposit authorization. No smoking at the house. Any evidence that smoking occurred at the property will will result in the complete forfeiture of the security deposit by the renter. No pets are allowed at the house. Any evidence that pets were present at the property will will result in the complete forfeiture of the security deposit by the renter.
